Liquid Science Aqua Piping Solutions
We are a leading mobile extrusion manufacturer, fabricator and deployer of standard and 100% customised large diameter High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, pipework systems and structures. Our truck based mobile extrusion HDPE manufacturing plant is capable of manufacturing very high-quality defect free, monolithic length in excess of a kilometre HDPE pipe onsite.
Mobile Extrusion Manufacturing System
Liquid Science Aqua system is truly mobile as it remains on the modular trailer at all times thus, during manufacturing of any length of continuous joint free pipe, laying it along the pipeline trench and moving to a new project site without set-up or re-assembling the Liquid Science Aqua extrusion system.
High-density polyethylene (HDPE)
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is often the best time, cost saving and material alternative for low pressure pipelines. There are a multitude of services which are well suited for an HDPE plastic pipe installation to protect pipelines and prevent costly leaks, failures, environmental damage and lost production. HDPE piping is highly resistant to corrosion, erosion, abrasion, and chemical and biological attack.
The versatility of HDPE pipe also includes most installation methods, including direct burial, slip lining, oversized lining, pipe bursting and directional drilling within electrical, data communications, construction, oil, gas, potable water, wastewater, irrigation, and force main applications by municipal, mining, construction, manufacturing, energy, pump stations, marine, petrochemical, telecommunications and industrial users.
