Municipality
The pressure containing properties of HDPE, extended service life, low maintenance, easier delivery and installation make it a superior choice for water and sewer lines. Due to its high damage-resistant properties, HDPE is the preferred option to install and rehabilitate ageing municipal infrastructure because it is impact resistant, resistant to pump shock, leak-proof and lightweight. A real performer in wastewater pipeline applications, its low friction internal surface gives minimal head-loss and has excellent resistance to fat deposition.

Mining
We design, manufacture and provide technical expertise and installation support of HDPE pipe and fittings to meet all mining requirements. Using damage-resistant HDPE pipe in mining operations can protect mining-related pipelines from abrasion, erosion and corrosion due to exposure to harsh chemicals or acids ranging from Low Ph acids to High Ph corrosive materials.
Since HDPE provides superior corrosion and abrasion resistance, flexibility, extended service life and UV resistant, therefore its common applications include Tailings Lines, Concentrate Lines, Pregnant Leach Solution Lines, and Acid Lines.

Chemical Plants
Chemical plants are among the most demanding and toxic environments for pipe and fittings. HDPE provides resistance to a wide range of chemicals, acids, alkalis and corrosive chemicals. HDPE pipe systems are fused together providing a leak-free monolithic system. Resistant to scaling with a flow coefficient of 150, HDPE piping systems increase efficiencies and cost savings.
Landfill Piping
When it comes to leachate and gas collection pipework for landfill applications, nothing is as strong, adaptable or flexible as HDPE piping. HDPE pipe has proved itself countless times to be the ideal piping material for leachate collection systems, landfill gas collection and venting pipework, and leachate sump riser applications.
With the huge benefit of being weldable onsite poly leachate pipes have emerged as the favourite material. Its strength is more than sufficient to withstand the high point loads and elevated subsurface temperatures that are found in landfill cells.
